Ramsey
Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, Ramsey joined the US Navy shortly after graduating high school. He is currently a Master Chief Petty Officer Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician in the US Navy Special Operations.
His job description involves defeating the Improvised Explosive Device (IED), rendering safe weapons of mass destruction, hostage rescue, underwater mine countermeasure, and conducting direct action missions. As a free-fall parachutist and Navy diver, Ramsey understands the importance of paying attention to detail while working under pressure.
Ramsey is an experienced investor specializing in converting distressed properties into income producing assets. He currently owns multiple rental units across three states, is a graduate of Multifamily University, and is a member of the MultifamilyU investor group.
He currently lives in San Diego, CA, is married to his beautiful wife Hope, and is a father of two.
JOEY
Originally hailing from New York State, Joey joined the United States Navy after high school. He was promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer before applying for the Limited Duty Officer (LDO) program and earning a commission into the Civil Engineer Corps (CEC). He is currently serving as the Division Officer at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center for the elite Seabee Divers of the Underwater Construction Teams.
Joey has 16 years of project management and large scale multi-million dollar project execution; specializing in large team management and multi-faceted joint service logistics, he has spent his career refining the skills needed to perform in any dynamic and high stress environment.
Joey is an experienced real estate investor that specializes in converting distressed properties into income producing assets.
He currently resides in Florida and is married to his high school sweetheart Nicole and is a father of two.
BRANDON
A native of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, Brandon came to Shreveport, Louisiana in 2004 to join the LSU-Shreveport Pilots Baseball Program. After three years with the Pilots, Brandon graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business Administration.
In 2008, Brandon joined the Prairie Baseball Academy (Junior College) as an Assistant Coach before returning to the LSUS-Baseball Program in 2010 as the Graduate Assistant Coach. Magierowski’s coaching position with the Pilots ended in 2011 after Brandon graduated with his Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Upon graduation in the Spring of 2013, Brandon turned his attention to hosting baseball tournaments in the deep south region to provide players a better opportunity for exposure to next level recruiters. In 2014, Brandon aided in the creation Diamond Dynasty (2D Sports) and is the acting COO.
Brandon is currently owns 150+ units across Louisiana, Texas, and Florida and is a graduate of Multifamily University and a member of MultifamilyU investor group.
He currently resides in Shreveport, Louisiana with his beautiful wife, Tiffany, and is a father of three boys.
ERIC
Eric Nelson is the Founding Principal of
Wild Oak Capital. He has been investing in
real estate for over ten years. Eric and the
Wild Oak team provide investment
opportunities through multifamily
syndication.
As a co-owner of a civil engineering firm,
Eric’s range of skills suits the field of
syndication and real estate on both the
technical level and client relations side.
Eric is also the host of The Real Estate
Mindset podcast, where he discusses with
industry leaders what it takes to be a
successful investor based on continuous
personal and professional growth.
Eric and his wife Marie have two young
boys and love to spend time outdoors at
their home in Southwest Colorado.
OUR STORY
After joining forces in late 2019, the team set out on a goal to syndicate their first large apartment. After just 6 months of collaboration, the team was able to raise $500k in just eight days to help syndicate a 119 apartment complex in Lubbock, Tx.
They carried that momentum into more deals, both syndications and joint ventures, to build a portfolio of over 500+ doors, $40MM+ under management, and raised over $5MM+ in capital.
In 2022, the team created the From Middle Class to Millionaire group on Facebook to help other hard working people escape the rat-race and find their path to financial freedom.
